We can jointly secure a successful execution of your business plans. The nature and scope of our cooperation depends on your own set-up. A few hours' workshop or sparring-session might suffice, but a more solid role throughout the process is also an option, from Denmark and possibly with a role on site.

Experience

The services of people and business draw on three decades of leadership, management, and consultancy experience across more than 30 countries, half of which are in Africa.

It requires the use of different tools from the management toolbox, when navigating the exciting challenges of a start-up compared to maintaining the growth and further development of an established business. Previous experience includes founding smaller entities in Azerbaijan and South Africa, as well as holding corporate positions such as Head of Department and Vice President within units of up to 120 staff. This background provides access to a broader range of management tools.

One key lesson from a proven track record of significant growth, robust business development, strong financial performance, and exceptional staff satisfaction is the importance of collective team effort. This experience is reflected in the services of people and business, along with a continual focus on individual strengths and unlocking each team member's full potential.
